Thanks in part to the newly developed Hypertune 18 injector big-port intake manifold system, GAS were able to push their engine combination to a record breaking 2041hp. Gas are working on their chassis setup and waiting for acceptable track conditions for the chance to put their new found horsepower to the ground.

Gas are also using a custom made Hypertune ice water/air intercooler that has proven to be more than capable of the task at hand, eclipsing their previous intercooler system by a solid 300 hp measured on the engine dyno.

Mike and the crew from AWD Motorsports in Florida recently put down 1001 awd hp with their Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VIII!! AWD Motorsports are using a Hypertune intake manifold system and 90mm TB.

"I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the manifold. I was sceptical of the bolted in runners handling 50psi of boost but they hold no issue. We ran 54psi and made 1001whp w/o 1 single issue. The manifold is hands down the nicest piece of any manifold on the market and I have had 5 different types on my car."

At this weekends Castrol Edge Jamboree the Godzilla Motorsport GTR set a NEW AUSTRALIAN RECORD for the fastest and quickest AWD, and worlds fastest 2.6L GTR. Mark had recently upgraded to the new 48mm runners for his Hypertune intake manifold.

"We achieved our best time and highest MPH with the new 48mm runners. We gained 4MPH from the runner upgrade alone, without any change to the ECU tune."
