Hypertune intake manifolds offer the unique ability to be disassembled to make processes such as port matching fast, easy and accurate. This design also enables easy replacement of specific parts if they are damaged or need to be upgraded.

All manifolds can be broken down into three parts:

As shown in the following picture, the head flange can be separated from the manifold assembly and bolted directly to the head. This greatly simplifies the task of port matching. It is recommended that the head and head flange are dowelled to ensure the ports remain aligned perfectly upon reassembly.
