| RB26 Intake Manifold |
|
The Nissan RB26DETT may be the most revered of all Japanese performance engines, and is at least partly responsible for the legend status of the Skyline GTR. Motorsport enthusiasts have embraced the GTR, and today whether it be R32, R33 or R34 can be found competing in many varied forms of motorsport. Hypertune have developed a range of intake manifolds for the RB26, in order to provide the best solution regardless of application and required power output. RB26 Multi-Throttle:This manifold is designed to be used in conjunction with the standard 6 throttle system. The goal was to provide increased flow potential, and best possible air distribution between runners. We have managed to keep all 6 runners identical in length and port entry geometry. Also, the intake area has been increased to 90mm, and position changed to allow a more smooth flowing intake system, and better distribution.

RB26 Single Throttle (90mm):This manifold removes the standard restrictive multi throttle system, achieving very noticeable improvement in flow and outright power potential, whilst improving throttle response and providing good throttle control. This is our most popular intake manifold for the RB26, and with good reason.

RB26 Single Throttle (102mm): This manifold is intended to be used where maximum horsepower is the requirement. Most commonly found on Drag racing GTR s, where power levels upwards of 1400hp are common. This product is a true off the shelf item used on some of the fastest RB26 powered cars in the world.

Hypertune Single throttle intake manifolds are supplied with 45mm runners to suit the stock intake flange. 48mm runners are also available, with or without provision for extra injectors. Injector bosses are designed to accept either 12mm or 14mm o-ring injectors. The type to be used will need to be specified when ordering to ensure that the correct fuel rail is supplied.
